The Traditional Glazed Piedmont Selection Panettone is made with the traditional Albertengo dough, enriched with candied fruit and raisins, glazed and decorated with whole Piedmont IGP hazelnuts.

Farina di frumento, uva sultanina 15%, tuorlo d'uovo, scorze d'arancia candita 11% (scorze di arancia, sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, zucchero di canna, aromi naturali), burro, lievito madre naturale (farina di frumento, acqua), zucchero, emulsionante: mono e di-gliceridi degli acidi grassi; sciroppo di zucchero invertito, malto d'orzo, sale, polvere di baccelli di vaniglia del Madagascar. INGREDIENTI DELLA GLASSA CON NOCCIOLE* E DELLA DECORAZIONE: “Nocciola Piemonte IGP" 36% (pari al' 6% nel prodotto), zucchero, albume d'uovo, mandorle, armelline, farina di riso. Può contenere altra frutta a guscio, soia e senape.
