This selection is a cheese made with the utmost care, with 100% Piedmontese milk, followed by the working phase to salting.
The Selezione Fiandino Riserva rests for over 21 months in a dedicated area of the maturing room on ultra-centenary fir boards from the Stura Valley, in the province of Cuneo, which give this cheese a unique aroma.
