Description
Salame Piemonte IGP by Raspini Salumi is a product made with raw material coming from selected Italian farms and subsequently processed according to the rules of the Piedmontese tradition.

The Barolo DOCG wine is used in the dough together with a careful selection of spices, such as: black peppercorns, garlic, cloves and nutmeg.
Ingredients
Pork meat, salt, Barolo DOCG wine, 0.25% sugar, dextrose, pepper, spices, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
