Description

The Deltetto family produces a Passito called "Bric du liun" which translated means: "Bric" the tip of the hill and "liun" the word lion.

The low production, the over-ripening in the vineyard, the drying in small boxes in the open air and the intervention of the noble mold allow to obtain a very concentrated and enveloping nectar which, supported by a good acidity, is never cloying.
