A compote so concentrated that it is a real sour cherry sauce

Description
The organic cherry compote uses exclusively fruits grown in organic and certified agriculture. Cherries have dark red flesh and juice, and the taste is quite sweet. During the preparation of this compote, the processing temperature never rises above 60 degrees, so as not to damage the raw materials and preserve the vitamins, color and aroma of freshly picked fruits.

Perfect for spreading, or excellent if used for cake fillings and to prepare cakes and pies.
Ingredients
Organic sour cherries (70 g per 100 g), concentrated organic grape juice, organic apple puree, gelling agent: pectin. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
