Description
“La Penna” is a pasta made exclusively with italian flour with wheat germ, milled with hand-hammered natural stone millstones from La Ferté-sous-Jouarre in France. It is produced in Gragnano (NA) with spring water from the Lattari mountains; it is bronze drawn and undergoes very long drying.

Ideal with a full-bodied sauce, such as meat sauce or mushroom sauce

The milling by mean of stones, allows to keep the germ in the flour and to process it in a single passage without heating it up.
