Pinot Noir Langhe wine is one of the most important products of the Deltetto company.

Maceration takes place with its submerged cap skins for about 30 days in oak barrels and barriques.

On the occasion of its twentieth anniversary, the Ferraris Agricultural Company presented a limited edition celebratory box set, containing four vintages (2017-2018-2019-2020) and the book "60 years of Ruchè", dedicated to Don Cauda and the vine in general. Four vintages with an alternation between the cooler ones (2020 and 2018) and the hotter and drier ones, all with different characteristics: 2020 characterized by a bouquet of intense floral notes, crunchy fruit and a light minty note on the finish. 2019 brings a light spicy and undergrowth note to the glass. 2018 has floral notes of dog rose, persistent and fine tannins. 2017 is characterized by a young, slightly pungent tannin.
