Description

Mulino Marino presents “Smooth Short Zito" a pasta made using only durum wheat semolina and water. The pasta undergoes bronze drawing and very long drying. For every 100g of pasta you need 1 litre of boiling water. 10g of coarse salt should be added for every litre. Stir occasionally and taste the pasta every now and then to verify that the degree of cooking is to your liking.

Ideal with a full-bodied sauce, such as meat sauce or mushroom sauce
