The sparkling wine Metodo Classico Viaventi comes directly from the hills of Langa and is obtained by selecting the best grapes of the vineyards of the Montezemolo family. The technique and style of production have evolved over the years but retain the original desire to create a refined "bubble" and suitable for the table at all times. After a slight passage in wood of the first fermentation the wine is refermented in bottle and here it remains resting on the lees for a period that is on average of 4 or 5 years.
