To make this bronze drawn pasta the durum wheat flour is mixed with water, then the dough is drawn and finally dried. Thanks to the particular structure of the bronze drawplates the pasta does not come out smooth, but wrinkled. The rough surface helps the pasta to better retain the sauce. Cooking time 8 minutes.
To be combined with all your favorite sauces, the bronze-drawn pasta absorbs the sauce well.

The Azienda Agricola Prunotto Mariangela cultivates the best figs in the areas of Alba, which are then harvested in the orchards at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, in order to be cooked with the addition of cane sugar.
