What are the delivery times?
For shipments outside Italy, the shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and the country of destination and will be indicated at checkout after entering the shipping address.
If the purchased products are immediately available in our warehouse (the products have a green dot next to the name), the goods are shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
If the payment is made by bank transfer, the goods will be sent as soon as we receive the payment on the bank.
In some exceptional cases, for example when a product is out of stock, the re-stocking times may affect the delivery, in any case the customer will be notified via email from our customer service, if not already indicated in the confirmation email of the order itself.
Given the high number of orders received, shipments will be delayed and can be made beyond 72 working hours from receipt of the order, for orders containing products immediately available (green dot).

How can I get the tracking number for my order?

How can I buy the product I am looking for?
All the products on Shop Piemonte can be purchased directly online. I placed the order but I have problems with payment, what can I do?
If the payment is made by credit card, it is necessary to check that 3D SecureCode is active. It is a code that guarantees greater security for purchases made online. If the security code is correct, it will be possible to connect the card and make the payment; if the code is incorrect and 3D secure authentication fails, it will not be possible to use the card to make the payment.
We recommend returning to the cart to try again to place the order (after the possible activation of 3Dsecurecode) or choose a new payment method during check-out.
If you have chosen the bank transfer, the customer will receive an e-mail with the relevant bank details in order to proceed with the payment.
On Shop Piemonte it is also possible to pay with PayPal.
Is it possible to order by email?
Yes, it is possible. If the customer has difficulty in placing his order from the Shop Piemonte portal, it is possible to send by e-mail the list of desired products and personal data as name, surname, e-mail, delivery address and telephone number and/or reason social security and VAT number (in the case of companies or professionals). Our operators will place your order, warning you if some products are not available.
It is also possible to request quotes via e-mail.
I have placed an order but I have received some goods that I had not ordered, what can I do?
If upon opening the package the presence of some products different to those ordered is found, contact our customer service from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 11.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00 or by e-mail, attaching photos of the package, such as received.
Your case will then be opened and our customer service will assist you in taking action accordingly.
How can I receive the invoice?
The invoice is sent by e-mail at the end of each month.
It is important that the billing data (Company name and VAT number) are entered in the personal data together with the order. Alternatively, we will not be able to issue an invoice.
Shop Piemonte never inserts any document concerning the order inside the packages with the products. In the case of a gift package, it is therefore guaranteed that the recipient will have no way of knowing the total cost of the order.
I received the package with damaged products inside, what can I do?
In the event that there are any damaged products inside the package, contact our customer service immediately by e-mail, attaching photos of the package and the damaged products, as received.
Your case will then be opened and our customer service will assist you in taking action accordingly.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
To recover your password just click on "LOGIN" and select "I have forgotten my password". Once the email address used for registration is entered, you will receive an email with the new password.
I exceeded 99 € for free delivery but I still see the shipping costs, why?
If you place fresh products in your cart, such as cheeses or cured meats, 1,90€ will be automatically charged for the refrigerated packaging. In fact, all fresh products are shipped inside isothermal containers with dry ice to keep them at a constant temperature during transport
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are 7,90 € with a cost of at least 30,00 € or 8,90 € below, but with a cost of more than 89,00 € they are free. If you place fresh products in your cart, such as cheeses or cured meats, an additional 1,90 € will be automatically charged to the cost of shipping for the refrigerated packaging (instead you will pay only 1,90 € when you exceed the 89,00 € cost).

I have to send my package abroad, how much are the shipping costs?

To check the amount of shipping costs, it is necessary to simulate your order until the delivery address is entered, before confirming the order.
I placed the order, how do I know if the operation was successful?
Once the order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail indicating that the order has been correctly registered.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact our customer service to verify the correct receipt of the payment and of each stage of the order.
