Shop Piemonte has selected the Alta Langa Brut "Oudeis" by Enrico Serafino because, despite its complexity, it is easy to enjoy. The name, of Greek origin, "Odysseus" means nobody, because nobody is at the origin of the complexity of the wine, only the terroir.
Complex and delicate, it stands out for its straw yellow colour with golden reflections and for its fine and persistent perlage. It will make you fall in love with its scents of yellow flowers, bread crust, white pulp fruits and minerals. In the mouth it is vertical, dry, faceted, with hints of citrus, elegant and intense, with a rich structure.
