Description

This sauce is made with few great ingredients: truffle and DOP Parmigiano Reggiano. The DOP label guarantees that the product is produced, processed and packaged in a specific geographical zone and according to tradition.  Stir a spoonful of this sauce in your risotto, or use it as a condiment for gnocchi, ravioli and tortellini.

Approved by the Consortium of the Parmigiano Reggiano.

It is the ideal pairing for a bowl of tortellini, gnocchi, ravioli, any short pasta or as a finishing touch for a risotto. You can also turn any Tartuflanghe sauce into a quick appetizer: just warm it up and spread it on some toasted bread.
