Description

With the best and juicy Blueberries produced by the Prunotto Mariangela's farm, this particular sauce is excellent to combine with meats. The processing method is completely handmade and natural without the addition of any thickener, dye or other. In this way we obtain a product that enhances the flavor of the fruit used and with the artisan characteristics that only our mothers can match.

Matching

The combination of blueberry with mustard and balsamic vinegar makes this a sauce with a particular and delicate flavor. Tasting with roasts, game or boiled meats is excellent.
