The Colomba Amarena from the Primavera line by Albertengo is a splendid novelty and a great specialty, full of black cherries and chocolate chips. A true artisan specialty for your Easter!
Ingredients
Naturally leavened baked product with 10% icing, decorated with 2% granulated sugar and 2% almonds. 
Ingredients: wheat flour, candied cherry 24% (cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavouring, carrot and hibiscus concentrate), egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour), chocolate 4% (cocoa paste, sugar, glucose; emulsifier: soy lecithin), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings. 

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FROSTING AND DECORATION: sugar, egg white, ""Piedmont hazelnut IGP"", almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain traces of other nuts."
