La farina è di ottima qualità,provata con un'idratazione del 70%ma credo che ci si possa spingere anche oltre.. naturalmente con le dovute maniere 😉 Questa farina racchiude in sé, tutto il buono e la qualità di una volta.. Consigliata 👍
