Don't smoke the "Cigar" with Grappa Monovitigno of Grappa Sibona, you sip it!This glass cruet contains fine Grappa Sibona Monovitigno, an original gift idea to share with friends.
The Primagioia grappa was created by skilfully blending together Young Grappa , Aged Grappa, Wine Grape Spirit and Fruit Grape Spirit. The components of the Grappa are mixed and aged for 12 months in different wooden barrels. It is not a young nor aged grappa, nor a brandy, it is a fruit distillate, but it is far better than all the others. The recipe is top secret and jealously guarded.
It has a layered, pervasive, caressing aroma and a distinctive character. A perfect balance of sensations, in which tobacco, cocoa and vanilla stand out.
The flavour is rich, and mouth-filling, confirming the seductive sensations in its aroma.
This grappa is a result of an attentive selection of grappe produced and aged over the last few years in different wooden-barrels. The assemble of different vintages and of the different skins transfer elegance to this grappa, the complexities of fragrances, and the emotions that only great distillations of the world can transmit.
It expresses a complex, ample fragrance with hints of cacao and cherries. The taste is rich and round. The sensations are confirmed in the fragrance.
"Gaia" Reserve grappa of Mazzetti comes from an exclusive assemble of matured grappe selectioned from the two most re-knowned Piedmontese, both of extraordinary white grapes. It is a grappa with an elegant and fine fragrance, with sweet and fruity notes and hints of grasses.
The "DiLidia" is a stravecchia grappa (old), comes about by the attentive assembly of Barbera and Moscato grappe. Distilled in the traditional steam method, knowingly aged in barrels that were once used for Marsala and other aromatic wines of the territory.
It is a tradition that re-news, the first woods used for the ageing of the distillations of the Berta family, were those that arrived in the 50's and 60's in their winery from Sicily which were once used for Egg-Marsala. Once empty the barrels could not be used for other types of wines, because they were layered with the aromatic notes of the Marsala, here the intuition of mother Lidia, who comes from Canelli, thought to use for the ageing of the distilled grappe made by her husband Paolo. From this union we get a distillation of a complex and seductive taste, which unites the Sun of Marsala, with the classic notes of currents, and the unique Moscato fragrance, all these is sustained by the typical structure of Barbera.
