The black cherry and chocolate Colomba is embellished with candied black cherries and whole drops of dark chocolate in the dough and covered with the "Tonda Gentile Trilobata" Italian hazelnut icing, even crunchier with the whole almonds and granulated sugar.

Type “0” soft wheat flour – Cherries 11% [Cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, black cherry juice, vegetable concentrate (black carrot, hibiscus), acidifier: citric acid E330. Natural flavourings] - Butter (Milk) - Sugar - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens - Chocolate chips 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin) - Natural yeast (Type “0” soft wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Candied sour cherries 3% [Sour cherries, syrup glucose-fructose, sucrose, black cherry juice, vegetable concentrate (black carrot, hibiscus), acidifier: citric acid E330. Natural flavours] - Whole milk - Inverted sugar - Salt - Natural flavors - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring. INGREDIENTS OF THE ICING 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg white from free-range hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Impalpable sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - Natural flavourings. Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 2% whole almonds. May contain other nuts and mustard.
