Description
Fiandino UHT 1889 Cream is made using the centrifuge method, only from 100% Piedmontese milk. Subsequently, it is subjected to a "delicate" UHT treatment, which does not compromise its organoleptic characteristics.

Finally, the cream rests for 72 hours until the "heart" of the product reaches 4 °C, extremely slowly and without external intervention.
