Description

This Panettone (spiced brioche with sultanas) was born thanks to the collaboration with Massimo Albertengo, owner of Albertengo Panettoni. This unique Panettone is made with the “Xyauyù”, an oxidized beer that reminds the excellent raisin wines. It also contains sultanas and candied orange’s rind and an icing made with almond, hazelnuts, sugar and albumen.

Prodotto Top oramai lo compro da circa 5 anni e non delude . Questa versione è classica . L'impasto con la birra rende il tutto morbido e delizioso

Ottimo prodotto che gia' conoscevo e che regalo sempre a Natale perche' so che e' graditissimo. Personalmente lo reputo il miglior panettone, il profumo, il sapore, l'impasto soffice e morbido non hanno eguali ( come tutti i panettoni prodotti dalla ditta Albertengo)
