This Bric del Gaian grappa comes from Moscato pomace selected by the best producers in the typical production areas and distilled with the traditional discontinuous method in flavour copper boilers.
Once distilled, it is aged for 8 years in different types of wood with different toasting. It expresses a complex, delicate, enveloping perfume with great personality.
Among the many sensations felt, clary sage, small berries, grapefruit, vanilla stand out. The flavour is rich and enveloping. It has a silky texture that stays in the mouth for a long time.
