Honey produced in the Piedmontese mountains from 500 to 800 meters of altitude.
It has a brown color with shades of red. One of its peculiarities is that it crystallizes very slowly.

Its scent is intense and balsamic. It has an intense and almost bitter but at the same time sweet taste.
