Classic traditional Milanese Christmas Panettone. Rich in exquisite and generous flavors, prepared with excellent raw materials: flour, eggs, butter, sugar, candied orange and raisins.
Cotechino began to spread towards the end of the 18th century in Piedmont, where it became an integral part of the winter diet of the lower classes. The cotechino by Raspini Salumi is a product made with raw material from selected Piedmontese farms and subsequently processed according to the rules of the Piedmontese tradition. Cotechino is good when, after at least an hour and a half of cooking, it is easy to slice and holds the slice, which must be compact, with uniform granulometry and a pinkish color tending to red.
The product is gluten free and milk and derivatives.
Specialities born from the union between the sweet and precious passito of the Vignaioli di Santo Stefano Belbo and the soft dough of the Albertengo panettone, rich in soft raisins, covered with icing, without citrus fruits, and decorated with almonds.
Red wine with a sweet taste and the typical deep floral and fruity bouquet of the Malvasia grape. The taste is sweet, lively, delicate and persistent but not cloying, also thanks to a long almond finish.
The Moscato d’Asti Bel Piano is a sweet wine created when the company was founded in 1988. Thanks to its fresh taste it was known as Natural Moscato d’Asti. The aroma is intense and the bouquet reminds of the Moscato grape, with clear hints of acacia and linden flowers. The taste is sweet but not cloying thanks to a richness of flavour and an aromatic finish that recalls the sensations perceived by the nose. Its aromatic notes will delight those with a sweet tooth and who loves fruit salads and ice cream.
