Description

Shop Piemonte has selected Enrico Serafino’s Alta Langa Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Propàgo because it is the first Alta Langa of the winery to be produced 100% from Chardonnay. The name comes from the Latin Propago which means bud, bud.

Unexpected and intense, it stands out for its straw yellow colour with golden reflections and for its fine and persistent perlage. It will make you fall in love with its elegant hints of lime blossom, citrus, honey and pleasantly mineral. In the mouth it is dry, complex, fresh citrus with a rich crunchy texture and a long mineral aftertaste.
