Il Brachetto d'Acqui Braida è un vino frizzante ottimo come accompagnamento ai dessert, realizzato con Brachetto in purezza, un antico vitigno aromatico piemontese a bacca rossa. Viene prodotto con il Metodo Martinotti o Charmat, un processo di spumantizzazione in autoclave, che permette di mantenere intatto il bouquet degli aromi, esaltandone l’intensità.

This Barbera d'Asti owes its name to a lady always dressed in black, who lived in the house next door and was nicknamed "l'uselun".The aroma of this wine is rich, complex, of considerable concentration and thickness; there are in particular hints of red fruit and small fruits, in the background some mental spices, vanilla and licorice.
