NATURALLY LEAVENED OVEN-BAKED CAKE WITH ICING 8% DECORATED WITH HAZELNUTS 5%.
Product obtained exclusively from "Piedmont Hazelnut" INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, candied pear 17% (pear, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), egg yolk, butter (origin Piedmont) 10%, "Guido Gobino" dark chocolate in grains 8,9% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), natural yeast (wheat flour, water), raw cane sugar, emulsifiers: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, Madagascar vanilla bean powder. INGREDIENTS OF HAZELNUT(2) ICING AND DECORATION: "Piedmont Hazelnut" 36% (corresponding to 6% of the product), sugar, egg white, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts. Store in a cool and dry place. Wheat flour does not come from Piedmont.
