Type ''0'' soft wheat flour - Candied orange peels 21% (Orange peels, glucose syrup - fructose, sucrose) - Butter (milk) - Sugar - Yolk of fresh category A eggs from free-range hens 8% - Natural yeast (''0'' type soft wheat flour - Water) - Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - Whole milk 3% - Invert sugar - Salt - Natural flavoring - Natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring. 

INGREDIENTS OF THE ICING 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg white from free-range hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Impalpable sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - Natural flavourings. Garnished with 4% granulated sugar and 2% whole almonds. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
