It is dry and savoury, with good freshness and pleasant gentle tannins. In the mouth it is pleasant, with excellent intensity and persistence.
Fine quality wine, good general structure and harmony. Ready to drink, but excellent evolution.
Thanks to the exposure of the vineyards to the south, it has a remarkable flavour and this allows for excellent ageing.

Nascetta, a vine historically cultivated in the municipality of Novello, had almost completely disappeared and only the tenacity of some producers allowed it to be saved and brought back to the dignity of single-variety winemaking. The strong bond with the territory is the common thread in the production of L'Astemia Pentita wines. It has an elegant and pleasant odorous texture, with fresh floral notes linked to the olfactory heritage of Nascetta, which chase each other and alternate with more sulphurous sensations, resulting in a complex and pleasant perfume. In the mouth it has good structure and persistence. A delicate, harmonious and slightly acidic wine.
