A typical dessert of the Langhe and, in particular, of the Alba area, the Alba hazelnut wines are obtained by combining two crumbly biscuits with a Gianduja cream. Soft heart and fragrant aroma: that of Piedmont Hazelnut I.G.P. which is toasted, chopped and delicately added to the dough. Each cookie is individually wrapped.
