The giandujotto created to celebrate the 10 years of the now historic Bottega Guido Gobino in Turin.

Description
The Giandujotto Tourinot n. 10 was born on the occasion of the 10 years of the Guido Gobino workshop in via Lagrange, in Turin.
From the meeting between the softness of Hazelnut Piedmont PGI and the strong personality of dark chocolate, we get this new handmade chocolate in the typical mignon size of 5 g.
On the palate, the sweetness of hazelnut gives way to intense notes of honey, cereals and biscuits typical of toasted cocoa. The personality of Ecuador cocoa gives this small gianduiotto a decidedly bitter finish.
Tourinot n.10 is extruded like all giandujotti Guido Gobino, does not contain milk and is tempered by hand.

Ingredienti: zucchero, massa di cacao, NOCCIOLA Piemonte IGP, MANDORLA, cacao in polvere, cacao magro in polvere, burro di cacao. “Senza glutine”. Può contenere tracce di LATTE e SOIA.
