Three-star chef Enrico Crippa from Alba, in collaboration with Relanghe, has designed a new line of products, amongst which there is the PGI Piedmont Hazelnut Cream 60% milk and cocoa.
Perfect for the preparation of sweets and biscuits or for the preparation of gianduja creams
Ingredients
PGI Piedmont hazelnuts 60% sugar, 13% Piedmontese milk powder, 11% cocoa powder. Tiny amounts of other tree nuts cannot be excluded.
