Description
From the vinification of Croatina grapes, a typical vine of the area of which it expresses the strong character, the Cisterna d'Asti is born, a wine with a deep-rooted and ancient tradition, to which the D.O.C. in 2002: a wine with pronounced characteristics of intensity of tastes and aromas, balanced by a one-year refinement in oak barrels.
On the nose it is spicy, slightly fruity, ethereal, full of notes of cooked fruit, vanilla, wood and green pepper.
Cascina Chicco Langhe Nebbiolo has an ethereal, composite and very elegant perfume.There is violet, morello cherry and, with evolution, a particular spicy vein. Its flavour is very delicate, full and aristocratic.
For the production of Cascina Chicco red wines all the vineyards are subjected to two thinning and, also for the Granera Alta, which is young, fresh and fruity wine, the same rule is followed.

A grape variety grown exclusively in Piedmont, Freisa is in the area called Alto Astigiano, the production area best suited to this crop. The flavour is structured, decidedly dry, full-bodied and soft with a unique tannin that leaves a pleasant bitter sensation at the bottom of the palate.Bouquet: vinous, floral and fruity that evokes rose and raspberry.
The rows of Barbera in "Camplung" run through the soft hills to the south-east, giving intense and lively aromas to a wine of undoubted elegance. The intensely fruity and fresh aromas recall notes of cherry and blueberry.
