Brezzo's chestnut honey has particular characteristics and properties: its color is dark with reddish hues and it maintains the liquid state for a very long time. The taste is bitter and for this reason it is highly appreciated by consumers who do not like too sweet flavors. Chestnut honey is very rich in mineral salts, and is in fact widely used by athletes.

Excellent in combination with aged cheeses such as pecorino, caprino, grana padano and castelmagno, or with medium-aged cheeses such as raschera, taleggio and tome. Also very suitable with ricotta.
