Brachetto d'Acqui Braida ist ein Schaumwein, der sich hervorragend als Dessert eignet und aus reinem Brachetto, einer alten piemontesischen aromatischen roten Rebsorte, hergestellt wird. Er wird nach der Martinotti- oder Charmat-Methode hergestellt, einem Schaumweinverfahren im Autoklaven, das es ermöglicht, das Bouquet der Aromen intakt zu halten und ihre Intensität zu verstärken.
Ideal to accompany desserts and dry pastries, to toast together at the end of a meal!
