Description
The old vines of the Cappelletta di Tenuta La Pergola ripen only their best bunches, which are still selected during manual harvesting.
The wine, obtained from a careful vinification, is bottled after about a year of aging in oak barrels. The nose is floral, intensely fruity and vinous, with notes of cherry, plum and hints of almond.
