Pralines with Barolo Chinato Cream:
Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min.31%), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy and sunflower lecithin, cocoa min.50%), partially skimmed milk, sugar, invert sugar, dextrose, eggs, 2% Barolo Chinato wine, red wine, vanilla alcohol, wheat flour, Barolo DOCG wine, flavourings.

Strawberry & Champagne cream pralines:
Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, cocoa min.57%), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min.31%), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min.25%), semi-skimmed milk, puree strawberry 2.5% (glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, strawberries in puree 22%, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, flavours, colours: curcumin, anthocyanins, carrot extract), sugar, invert sugar, Champagne 1,8%, dextrose, eggs, white wine, vanilla alcohol, wheat flour, flavourings.
